Dear Mike,

I’m sure no one likes the thought of having to go for physical therapy. Thinking of it made me nervous and apprehensive. The moment I walked through your doors that disappeared. Everyone has their own way of making you feel comfortable.

You and your staff should all be proud of yourselves. Roland, Kevin, and Danielle have all helped with me progress and I can not think of being treated better anywhere. The rest of your staff are always there to pull everything else together, they should not be forgotten.

As for my health, I feel better than I have in a very long time. I never thought after breaking my collar bone and having surgery that I could feel so good. I found that with a little patience and some great advice and supervision that I could come along so far.

As my time for therapy draws near, my only regret is that I have to leave behind such good people. Some things happen for a reason and for me this was an opportunity to get on an exercise band wagon. Also, I have been given the opportunity to meet some old friends and make some new ones.

Thanks to all of you for making the best of what started out for me as a bad situation and turning it into a healthy and exciting new adventure. Mike, you set standards high and it shows right through your employees. Good luck to all of you in the future.

Sincerely,
Thomas Kilduff (August 2005)

Dear Mike,

I have completed a course of exercise to help remedy my back discomfort in your Toms River Office. I am very impressed with Roland’s guidance – his course of instruction was the greatest. Joshua, as Roland’s assistant provided a special team. Roland’s attitude was always welcoming, warm, and open for questions. He is indeed qualified, qualified, qualified. I always felt good when I left. I’ll miss both Roland and Joshua and Miss Fashion Plate. She is a real charmer and quite and asset to the organization. That Joshua was something else with his helpful attitude, always encouraging, and had a great sense of humor. I’ll miss your staff. I’ve offered a personal recommendation especially for older ladies.Sincerely,
Mary Elizabeth Smith (January 2006)

Dear Mike,

I’d like to tell you how impressed I am by your staff at your Manchester location. Mike runs a good operation there. My introduction began with Jim’s evaluation of my situation. He set the pace and personalized the program for me to follow. Each day Paul, Jackie, and Kevin worked with me and Jim, Mike, or Danielle “stretched” my foot. Ending each session with an ice treatment was a definite treat.

Each staff member is dedicated, hard – working, and shows a positive approach with each client, always praising their efforts. My experiences there were helpful and memorable. I will spread the good word among my friends. Please pass my compliments on to your Manchester staff.

Sincerely,

Diane Jacey (June 2006)

Dear David and Mike,

On behalf of the Board of Trustees for the Friends of the Monmouth County Child Advocacy Center, Inc., I would like to thank you and your staff for their time and effort to sponsor the golf outing on July 11, 2006 to benefit the Monmouth county Child Advocacy Center. We were delighted to receive your generous donation of $8,750. My fellow Board members, Terrence Loftus and Kathy Perlman, said that it was such a wonderful event.

We are inspired and heartened when businesses and community members undertake fundraising effort on behalf of the MCCAC. It affirms our beliefs that not only do we, but all of us in the county, are in agreement that these most innocent victims of child abuse, neglect, and assault deserve one safe, child friendly facility to access services following a report. A child advocacy center will significantly reduce their trauma when they and their caregivers access these necessary professional services in one child-appropriate, age-appropriate facility. This not only enhances the investigative process but immediately helps the children begin the healing process.

We are delighted with your success with your first golf outing and wish you continued success in your business. We will keep you informed of our efforts to raise the necessary funds. Please accept our gift of two silk logo ties and pins. We welcome you as a Friend of the Monmouth County Child Advocacy Center.

Sincerely,
Martin Kurpnick, Psy.D.
Chairperson

Dear Mike and Staff,

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your endeavors on my behalf. When I first started physical therapy in June I was in extreme physical pain. It is due to all of your concern, encouragement, and capabilities that I am on the road to recovery!

You have never for a minute let me slack off or fall apart – you make your patients work hard, but always inspire them to reach for their upper most possibilities. I truly feel that I am on the mend, and know clearly that without all of your talents this would not be the case. Again my thanks and best wishes for a happy and healthy new year to you and all of your families.

Fondly,

Nadine Waldman (December 2005)

Dear Dave and Mike,

I am writing to reconfirm what we already know; Kevin Scott is a very valued employee of Atlantic Physical Therapy Center. I had the pleasure of his expert quality services in the new Shrewsbury Office, with the added benefit of watching the facility grow. Kevin is friendly, greeting each client my name, caring, enthusiastic, professional, respectful, very patient, kind, and gentle to all. Kevin was most helpful in getting me back in “working order.” I looked forward to my sessions with him.

Sincerely,
Marilyn M. Vincent (January 2007)

Dear Mike,

I just wanted to let you know that I’m back to playing tennis in the doubles league I was in before my injury last April. Yesterday I think I played just as good – if not better than I played before. I think it’s some kind of a miracle!!!

Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that I’m feeling really good, and keeping up with the home program. I wanted to thank you again for all your help, it made all the difference. Thanks again too to your wonderful staff!!!

Mike,

It is with great pleasure and much gratitude that I was recently released from your care. I am compelled to write because you and your staff were fabulous!! It was wonderfully apparent that you all exemplify TEAMWORK! Not once was I ever aware of anything but kindness and compassion by your staff. From the young ladies assisting the process up front, to the personal greeting of the TEAM upon arrival, each occasion was a seamless experience of personal attention and professionalism. It was also apparent that “your way” includes a tremendous amount of trust and input from those you have chosen to surround yourself with. I will never consider going anywhere else (let’s hope not too soon) for any PT myself or anyone in my family may need. You have much to be proud of! I wish upon you the best of luck in the future and would appreciate you mentioning to your entire TEAM the heartfelt thanks and respect I have for them.

Sincerely,
John J. Filipek (August 2005, via email)
