| Mission Statement |
Company Position Statement / Expectations: We are a young, energetic company poised for controlled growth. We expect people who join our team to come with humility and without pretense. We are a company who does not believe in hierarchy. Every member of our team deserves to be treated with respect. No job is reserved for one position or title. We reward initiative, hard work and dedication. We believe that by working together to attain common goals, the result is superior and the entire team will benefit.
We believe in personal and professional development. Work is important; it affords us the opportunity to provide for ourselves and our families. We should not allow more important areas of our lives to suffer because of work. We believe in open lines of communication. Open dialogue prevents festering negativity and promotes positive change. Everyone's input is important.
Our clients are our lifeline. Without them, none of us will have work. We need to treat them as such. We strive to always remember that the person we are treating is most often in pain, not functioning at their desired level and may be disillusioned with the medical community. Our company will work to have every client leave APTC with a positive feeling. We will exceed our clients' expectations. They will be our most powerful marketing force. We will also demand that our clients show us the same respect that we show them.
We will constantly work toward our goals. This will allow us to enjoy our work, improve our client's lives and continue to grow a company where we all feel ownership and pride for the successes we will most definitely achieve.
