Dawn Marino-Smith, PTA has been a praciticing physical therapist assistant for 6 years. She obtained an A.A.S. from UCC, NJ, and a BA in psychology from Monmouth University, 1995.
Dawn has a strong orthopedic background and specializes in sports medicine and post-operative rehabilitation, as well as disorders of spine and extremities.
Dawn has furthered her education to include techniques for integrative manual therapy and movement re-education, in addition to certifications from the International Weightlifting Associations (IWA), in accordance with the American Physical Therapy Association and with the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA).
Dawn joined the team at Atlantic Physical Therapy Center in May 2004 and will provide serices at both locations.
